MangaNEXT will feature many events of interest to the manga enthusiast. A major focus of the convention will be on Panel Programming. With a wide variety of topics, there is sure to be something for everyone to talk about.

When not debating the finer points of their favorite subject, attendees can hang out in our expanded Artist Alley, browse the Dealers' Room for manga and doujinshi, or lay some smack down in the Video Gaming Room. Other planned activities include a Dance, a small schedule of Video Programming, and an expanded Manga Library and Reading Room.

For cosplayers, we have some special events planned, including a Hall Costume Contest (rules to follow), designated areas set aside for Photo Gatherings, and a new idea, our Full-time Live Performance Cosplay Stage. The Stage will allow groups or individuals to sign up for blocks of time to do with as they please (within limits) during most convention hours. Not being tied down within the limits of a full-blown con Masquerade, groups can perform expanded skits, reenactments, or other performances as they see fit. A schedule of the upcoming events will be posted outside the room so attendees can decide which events they want to see.
