Registration

 

There are two ways to register for the event: Pre-register on-line or register at the eventWe do not accept any mailed-in registration, and do not offer any group discounts either. Memberships grant access to all three days of the event.

Pre-Registration

We only accept on-line payment through PayPal. Memberships are only $30 before August 15, 2010 and then $35 until October 15, 2010 (plus a processing fee). Children under thirteen (13) must attend with a paid parent or guardian. Children under seven (7) years of age attend free.

You will receive one (1) e-mail from Eventbrite confirming your registration, and one (1) e-mail from PayPal with a receipt for payment. If you are paying via Credit Card, the charge will show up on your statement as PayPal. The EventBrite confirmation will only have the name of the payer, not the registrant. Do not worry, this is expected. Please print the EventBrite confirmation and bring it along with photo ID to the event to claim your membership. If you've lost your Eventbrite confirmation, just bring a photo ID to the event. Only the payer or the registrant may claim the membership at the event. Tickets are not issued.

At Event Registration

Picking up your badge:

Please print the EventBrite confirmation you received and bring it along with photo ID to the event to claim your membership during the appointed Registration hours. If you've lost your Eventbrite confirmation, just bring a photo ID to the event. Only the payer or the registrant may claim the membership at the event. Tickets are not issued.

Forwarding/Transferring your Membership

If you cannot attend the event for any reason, we can carry forward your membership to the next event in the following year or allow a transfer to another person. We do not offer refunds at this time. By registering you agree to the these conditions, and any payment disputes will result in an additional $15 dollar charge. If you need to cancel and carry forward or transfer your membership, please contact our Registration Coordinator via our contact form.
